For information, the Luxembourg national police is performing checks to establish whether entities (such as companies, non-profit organizations, etc.) comply with the obligations to register beneficial owners, such obligations arising from the law of March 1, 2019 concerning the registration of beneficial owners.

If you have still not completed the registration procedures or in case the declared beneficial owners are no longer up to date, you need to register quickly as any breach may be fined from 1,250 EUR to 1,250,000 EUR.
